Kronos UKG Pro Timekeeping Upgrade - Effective February 1, 2026:

We are pleased to announce that our Kronos Timekeeping system will be upgraded from Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Timekeeping (Workforce Management), effective February 1, 2026. UKG Pro Timekeeping is a modern, mobile-friendly platform designed to improve visibility, efficiency, and accuracy for both employees and managers.

• • What’s Changing:
    • • The overall experience will remain familiar, with a refreshed interface and updated screens.
      • The system will be accessed through a new URL and can be used via a web browser or the UKG Pro Mobile App.
      • HDH employees who previously could only view and approve their timecards at a physical timeclock will now also be able to review and approve their timesheets remotely using a computer, phone, or tablet, in addition to existing timeclock access.
      • Remote access will use Single Sign-On (AD credentials) with Duo authentication.
      • We will also have greater flexibility to grant remote clock-in access for employees working remote or hybrid schedules.
